Smaller sized businesses (SMEs) are assisted in implementing a basic Business Continuity Plan (BCP) including Disaster Recovery (DR) and Emergency Response (ER) procedures, by using the Business As Usual template, which comes packaged up with a support service to set-up the initial version of the BCP, ongoing online Q&A/support, and a certificate.
